Why can’t I play the calendar on the game?
We are currently running a/b test with this calendar to find out if the players need it at all. In about a month, when we have all the statistics – we will look at the results and turn it back on.
Thank you for not making this a timed game. It’s a lovely break from the clocks that rule our lives. I really enjoy the bright, vibrant scenes. Looking forward to the new locations!
I have playpass. The collectibles level says there are 398 things to collect but I’ve got 256 with only 2 more locations to play. Why such a big difference?
Also, in your trailer video I see “combo” scores — but I can’t figure out how to get a score at all, much less a combo one.
Am I doing something wrong or does the playpass version have fewer features?
We release new locations with missing items about once a week.
As for “combos”. It is needed to get additional clicks on the screen. (which normal players have limited). Players with “playpas” they are infinite! You don’t need them.

hi! I have completed every level 100% but I only have 244/398 collectible items. How do I get the rest?
There are more new locations ahead of you that we are drawing. New ones with missing items will be coming soon.

Coming up with and drawing an interesting location is not as easy as it seems. The artist has already made 2 new locations, there will be an update soon.
Love the game !! can’t wait for new levels or part 2, just one suggestion moving the hint button as objects keep spawning behind it and I click it by mistake
We did, however, remove the hint buttons from the main screen. Or do you have something different?

In the level Balloon Festival on the Madness version, one of the feathered necklaces you need to find is impossible to see. Like, it’s under a big green van between sveral hot air balloons. Can you possibly fix this?

So, I play with sound off and the same with music, but on the screen where you place the collectible objects, whenever I place one, the game still plays a sound.

Collectibles are scattered throughout the different levels (1-2 items). And if you find them – then you need to arrange them on a special level, filling the white space.
I have PlayPass and this game and one other are the reasons I keep it. I absolutely love your game and I’m waiting for the next update anxiously but patiently. I understand that creating wonderful games like this takes time. Thank you so much!

There is a level that says I found 225/241 objects. But when I click in it it says 241/241 and all checked. But it won’t put the star there and clear it so it won’t unlock the other levels

We had a bug in Ferris Wheel Medium level, but we fixed it in the last update.
I have same problem on Ferris Wheel (2 level). I finished at 241, and it shows that’s my finish, but at main page for Ferris Wheel, it says my score is something like 165.
I wonder if the glitch is tied into the next board (4) because I played without a problem. When I tried the next level (crown) it wouldn’t let me play and indicates I have to finish the 2nd level.
Yes, there was a mistake. We have already fixed this error and it is no longer present in the latest versions. But you need to go through the second difficulty in this location again. 🙂
How do I do that? I am unable to remove or move anything on this 2nd level.

At Ferris Wheel, Medium, in the red & white banner it shows “165/241”. Below that the Blocks 1,3 and 4 have 1 star in upper right corner. The blocks with popcorn and crown are each shown with a lock in bottom right.BLOCK 2 has a gold line around it. The inner surface is white, and the number 2 is red
My apologies for not finishing the text I just sent. The screen shows the empty park with Ferris Wheel. My score says “241/241”. All the objects to find are shown with checkmarks. The scores below the faded objects show correct matching scores.
The only thing I know to try now is to delete the app and reinstate it later.
Please, please, please crank out new locations a little faster if possible. And once you’ve gotten to 398 make sure there’s a second “volume” and another 398 (or more). This is the only game that plays like it does I’ve found and I MUST HAVE MORE! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. The waiting is bad enough, but if it ends at 398 I may just cry myself to sleep & be in a funk for days – and I’m 62 years old !! Thank you for developing this game.Keep up the pace and the good work y’all !!

Is there a reason why the daily challenges disappear constantly? The calendar icon is supposed to be in the bottom left corner, and most times when I open the app, I need to click it instantly otherwise is disappears and I have to restart the app. Now it’s been like a week and it won’t load the daily challenges at all, even when I close out the app completely and reopen it. When it does this, I can’t do the entire month challenge and lose the reward.
If you have PlayPass, day jobs are disabled. Do you have a playpass?
My ferris wheel, phase 2 is not working, shows that is uncompleted, but once you check, it’s all done, so I can continue to play

My comment from yesterday appears to have been lost. I see there are 33 levels out, and I can only get to level 4, but it doesn’t load. I get the clouds and ‘pending ‘. I reinstalled the game, and even gone replayed the levels I can, but then I have the problem with the 4th level still. Pleeeease can you help. It’s by far the best game out there. Thanks

In the game settings there is a version number, can you tell me what version you have? If there is a possibility to send screenshots or video of the problem to email (there is on the site), I would be grateful.
Sadly there is no version number or email address. I’m beginning to think my version is either corrupt or outdated. I have screenshots, but with no email….. I’d love to get around this. Perhaps you can email me and I’ll reply with the screenshots.
I’ve found the update on Google play, installed that, but still no further in the game.
Hi, I am here to report a bug for “Hidden Objects” on Steam.
Some ppl have problem obtaining the achievement “Picnic planner”. It should be given for collecting the table (special) item, but the achievement is not triggering.
And there is no way to replay the special items.
We would be happy, if you would find the error and update the game so that all can get 100% perfection instead 99% because of this bug.

I love this game. Recently the collectible items have risen to 386. I’ve completed all the level and I’ve found around half that number. Where do I find the remaining collectibles? 🙂

Steam performed very poorly, so let’s focus on the mobile version. After all, this game is not for Steam. We conducted an experiment, and it turned out to be unprofitable.
Can you please make the timer optional for the daily hidden objects?
There was an idea to make a different timer in terms of difficulty.
And someone suggested disabling daytime tasks altogether.

En général, la couronne est attribuée lorsqu’il y a des étoiles à tous les niveaux d’un même lieu. Dites-moi à quel endroit je n’ai pas réussi à obtenir la couronne. S’il y a une capture d’écran, c’est encore mieux.
Why on a lot of the levels is the last object removed ?

considero que faltan niveles. llevo 31 y no hay mas, esperar a que pongan mas no me gusta. cualquier juego tiene mas niveles de entrada. tendria mucho exito con mas niveles, asi se queda pobre y el juego es bueno.
La ubicación 32 ya ha salido. Y la 33ª ubicación se está preparando para salir ahora mismo. (en un par de días más o menos).
Espero que podamos encontrar más artistas de este calibre. Hemos probado con otros y aún no hemos encontrado a nadie que pueda dibujar así.
Your talking to long on creating more levels. Why is that?
The whole problem is the artist. He’s the only one, and we don’t want to make poor quality locations. We’re looking for help, and we’ve already found some.
This is absolutely my fav game..ever! But I’ve completed everything n it keeps saying ‘new events coming soon’. Well Ive been waiting n anticipating new levels n it’s been a cpl weeks. How long does it take to add new levels?
We had a pause in September, due to the expansion of the artist team. The plan is to release the next location within the next 3-4 days. (maximum 5).
In the future we will increase the speed of production of locations. We would like to start with at least 4-5 per month. Perhaps it will be faster.

You have no idea how much we want to make levels faster. The 32nd location was released about 5 days ago, and in 2-3 days will be the 33rd location (Oasis).
Our immediate task is to find artists who will help speed up the process. So far the applicants are failing :))))

Thank you for making a game that’s straightforward and to the point. It’s really hard to find a hidden object game anymore where I don’t have to go through a whole story or build or furnish something to be able to get to looking for the objects. I just wish you would put out more levels because it feels like it takes sooooo long to get a new level. I understand it takes time to develop new levels, but please do it quicker, I’ll even bake you some cake and cookies if it helps, lol!

Yes, it takes quite a bit of effort to make one level, so not as fast as we would like. But we emphasize on quality. And there will be new locations soon. Usually it takes us 7-10 days for 1 location.

Hi. I am on Ferris Wheel Medium, and it is stuck… Meaning all the icons on the bottom indicate that I have completed the game, but the picture says I am on hidden object 68 and it won’t let me reset, or continue on… help please, love your game and don’t want it to end here!!

Are they points?
Arrows are clicks (misses). Some players click a lot without looking. The arrow limits the number of mindless clicks. If you click on an item several times in a row without missing – arrows are given as a bonus.

We’ve just disabled that feature. It needs to be finalized. You can enter the game, and additional levels will be available to pass (after the first ones are passed).

First off – thank you so much for your review.
In order to maintain high quality levels, the artist spends a lot of time on drawing 1 location. Usually 7-10 days. After 30 locations he got a little tired and asked for a week off ) Already soon I will be new locations. We will try to release at least 4-5 locations per month.
