This Privacy Policy explains how Morion Studio handles information when you play Witchy Sisters (the “Game”) as a Meta/Facebook Instant Game.
Morion Studio is operated by Private Entrepreneur Bondar Anna, located at 11–56 Radunska Street, Kyiv, Ukraine (referred to as “Morion Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For privacy questions, contact us at mail@morionstudio.com.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Facebook Instant Games version of Witchy Sisters. Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates (“Meta”) separately process information when you use Facebook and Instant Games. Meta’s processing is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
2. Information handled in connection with the Game
2.1 Information we do not request
The Game does not ask you to create a separate Morion Studio account. We do not request or store on our own servers your:
- real name, email address, telephone number, or postal address;
- Facebook profile photo or friends list;
- precise location;
- payment or financial information; or
- messages, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or camera data.
The Game does not include in-app purchases.
2.2 Game progress and preferences
To provide the Game and preserve your experience between sessions, the Game uses Meta Instant Games Player Data services. This may include game progress, unlocked content, earned in-game resources, and settings such as language, sound, or music preferences.
This information is stored through Meta’s platform and associated by Meta with your Instant Games player account. Morion Studio does not maintain a separate player-account database or independently combine this information with your Facebook profile.
2.3 Advertising information
The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements provided through Meta Audience Network. If you choose to view a rewarded advertisement, Meta and its advertising partners may process device, browser, network, approximate-location, advertising, and ad-interaction information in accordance with Meta’s policies and your Meta privacy and advertising settings.
Morion Studio may receive aggregated or non-identifying reporting needed to operate and measure advertising. We do not receive your payment information and do not independently create advertising profiles about you.
2.4 Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, the content of your message, and any screenshots or diagnostic details you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. How information is used
Information handled in connection with the Game is used only as necessary to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Game;
- save and restore game progress and preferences;
- provide an in-game reward after a voluntarily selected rewarded advertisement;
- troubleshoot technical problems, prevent abuse, and protect the Game; and
- answer support, privacy, or legal requests.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is carried out as necessary to provide the Game you request, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Game, to comply with law, or with consent where consent is required.
4. Advertising and third-party services
Rewarded advertisements are optional. You choose whether to start one in exchange for the reward described in the Game. Availability and content of advertisements are controlled by Meta and its advertising partners and are not guaranteed.
The Facebook Instant Games version submitted for review does not use GameAnalytics or another third-party analytics service operated by Morion Studio.
The principal third-party platform used by the Game is Meta, including Facebook Instant Games and Meta Audience Network. Your use of those services is also subject to Meta’s applicable terms and policies.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose developer-controlled personal information except:
- to Meta where necessary for the Game and rewarded advertising to function;
- to service providers acting on our instructions, if needed to provide support or maintain our services;
- where required by law, legal process, or a competent authority; or
- where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Game, our rights, or the rights of others.
Meta’s own collection, use, disclosure, and advertising practices are controlled by Meta and described in Meta’s policies.
6. Retention
Game progress and preferences stored through Meta are retained and controlled according to Meta’s platform operation and retention practices.
Support communications held by us are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain security records, satisfy legal obligations, or establish or defend legal claims. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction or objection to certain processing of your personal information, and to complain to a competent data-protection authority.
For information controlled by Morion Studio, email mail@morionstudio.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to you, but we will not ask for your Facebook password.
For information and settings controlled by Meta, use your Facebook privacy, advertising, and Apps and Websites settings or contact Meta. Instructions specific to the Game are available at:
Witchy Sisters – Data Deletion Instructions
8. Children
The Game is not directed to children below the minimum age required to use Facebook or below any higher minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information directly to us in violation of applicable law, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. International processing
Meta and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Such processing is subject to the safeguards and terms described in their respective privacy policies and applicable law.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited information we control. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, law, or platform requirements. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
