These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Witchy Sisters (the “Game”) as a Meta/Facebook Instant Game. The Game is provided by Private Entrepreneur Bondar Anna, located at 11–56 Radunska Street, Kyiv, Ukraine, operating as Morion Studio (“Morion Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility and platform terms
You may use the Game only if you are permitted to use Facebook under the Meta Terms of Service, meet the minimum age applicable to you, and are legally able to agree to these Terms.
The Game is provided through Meta’s platform. Your use of Facebook, Instant Games, and Meta Audience Network is also governed by Meta’s applicable terms, standards, and policies. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Meta platform rules regarding use of Meta services, those platform rules apply to that use.
2. Limited licence
Subject to these Terms, Morion Studio grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial licence to access and play the Game for entertainment purposes.
Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, extract assets or code from, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it.
3. Game rules and acceptable use
You must not:
- cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, or circumvent technical or security measures;
- interfere with the Game, Meta’s platform, advertising, or other users’ access;
- use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or unauthorized software with the Game;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information;
- use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or commercial purposes; or
- infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of Morion Studio, Meta, advertisers, or any third party.
We may limit or terminate access to the Game where reasonably necessary to address a violation, security issue, legal requirement, platform requirement, or risk to the Game or other users.
4. Game progress and virtual items
The Game may contain levels, hints, rewards, unlockable content, or other virtual game elements. They:
- exist only within the Game;
- have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or property;
- are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold or traded; and
- may be changed, balanced, reset, or discontinued as the Game evolves, subject to applicable law.
Game progress and settings may be stored using Meta Instant Games Player Data. Access to saved progress may depend on Meta’s platform, your Facebook account, device, connection, and continued availability of the Game.
5. No in-app purchases
The Facebook Instant Games version of the Game does not offer in-app purchases. Morion Studio does not request or process payment-card information through the Game.
6. Optional rewarded advertisements
The Game may offer you the choice to view an advertisement in exchange for a stated in-game reward. Viewing a rewarded advertisement is optional. Advertisement availability, delivery, and content are provided through Meta Audience Network and may vary by user, location, device, and time.
A reward is granted only when the Game receives the required completion or reward signal from Meta. We do not guarantee that an advertisement will always be available or that a third-party advertising destination will remain available. Your dealings with an advertiser or its products are between you and that advertiser, subject to applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Game and its artwork, animation, audio, text, characters, designs, software, trademarks, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Morion Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
“Meta” and “Facebook” and their related names and marks belong to their respective owners. Morion Studio is not Meta, and Meta does not own or operate the Game.
8. Privacy
Our handling of information associated with the Game is described in the Witchy Sisters – Privacy Policy. Data-deletion instructions are available at Witchy Sisters – Data Deletion Instructions.
9. Availability, updates, and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game for maintenance, security, legal, business, or platform reasons. We do not guarantee that the Game, a particular level, saved progress, an advertisement, or any feature will always be available or error-free.
We may update these Terms. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Game.
10. Third-party services and links
The Game may display content or links supplied by Meta, advertisers, or other third parties. We do not control third-party services, products, websites, terms, or privacy practices. This does not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morion Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the Game, including loss of game progress, data, opportunity, or anticipated benefit.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time and remove it through your Facebook Apps and Websites settings. See our Data Deletion Instructions for related steps.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law—will survive termination.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
15. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Game, subject to applicable law.
These Terms and the documents linked from them form the agreement between you and Morion Studio regarding the Game.
